The Eighteenth INSPIRE Session, an Interaction with Dr. Chris Moore, ICT Sector Specialist, Techcity, UK organised by Group of Technology Companies (GTech) in partnership with Technopark TBI was held on March 9, 2012 at Malabar Hall Technopark.
Dr. Chris Moore , ICT Sector Specialist, Techcity, UK was the key speaker for the event. He explained about the ways of starting company in the Techcity, UK. Representatives from more than 35 companies participated in the event. Ms. Rina Vivekanandan, Managing director, Revenuemed, Mr. Anoop P Ambika, Managing Director, Kreara Solution,Ms. Jeeja Deviprasad,CEO,Techvantage Systems and Dr. KCC Nair, Secretary & Registrar, Technopark TBI, Mr. Binu Sankar, CEO, GTech were present during the session.

Akira software solutions launches ‘Smart School ERP’

Akira Software solutions has launched their flagship product ‘SMART school ERP’, a School Management Software at Little India Public School, Malappuram District. The function was presided over by Hon. Education Minister Shri. P.K Abdu Rabb. He felicitated the first sale of ‘SMART SCHOOL’ to Mr. Kaappan Jabbar, the school chairman (who is also the founder director of Malabar Gold).
According to Mr. Akhil Kesavan, MD, Akira the software offers an interactive platform for students, teachers and parents provding features like SMS alerts, email alerts, performance monitoring modules etc. The parents can access the student details through a portal thus making the product a wonder tool for performance measurement and monitoring.
