AMMAPS inaugurated

Automated Multi-level Modular Automobile Parking System (AMMAPS), a first of its kind, constructed in Technopark campus was inaugurated by Hon. Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament in the presence of  Padma Vibhusan Dr. M.S. Valiathan, Prof. P J. Kurian, Member of Parliament, Shri. O. Rajagopal, Former Union Minister, Shri. Joseph .K. Alexander, Chairman, Kerala Region Institute of Public Administration, Dr. K C Chandrasekharan Nair, CFO,Technopark, Shri. M. Nazeer, Director, Safe Parking.Pvt.ltd., Shri. V.G . Chacko,  Chairman,Safe Parking.Pvt.ltd. Dr Tharoor launched AMMA Parking System by lighting the lamp and switching on the parking system. A demo of parking the car was also arranged as part of the inauguration.

AMMAPS is a break through innovation by Mr. Joy Abraham and his son Mr. Aubin Joe of Joy Joe’s Safe Parking Private Ltd. The project is actively supported by Technopark TBI and Technopark TUC through the Technopreneur Promotion Programme (TePP) of Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Govt of India.

The AMMA Parking System is portable and can be installed anywhere based on the requirement and it saves space, time and energy. A moving cradle mounted on a central shaft will carry vehicles left at the entry bay to the vacant slots.
