Global Launch of Energy Management System Training

The global launch of Lead Auditor Course in Energy Management Standards (EnMS),  ISO 50001: 2011 jointly organized by Technopark TBI, Trivandurm, M/s.Intertek Moody and M/s.Empower Global Management Solutions; Kochi was inaugurated on April 9, 2012 at Technopark, Trivandrum by Dr. KC. Chandrasekharan Nair, CFO Technopark and Secretary and Registrar, Technopark TBI. Mr. Alosius Fernandes, Nationa Head- Training and Knowledge Management & Regional Director – Certification (South & East) , Intertek Moody,  Mr. Naveen Kaushal, Sr Manager (Audit and Training) & India Program Manager for Energy, Intertek Moody were present.

Participants from industry, academia, professional bodies are attending the 5 day training programme. The EnMS is expected to help organizations to manage their energy receipts and consumption efficiently and professionally improve their energy performance. This batch of Lead auditors in ISO 50001:2011 can spearhead initiatives in energy management in the country bringing benefit to the nation. M/s Empower Global Management Solution is the implementation partner to Technopark TBI for Quality Management System (QMS) implementation among the incubation companies under Cluster Scheme ISO Certification.
